The owner took a team of chefs, mixologists, interior designers, and entrepreneurs to complete his vision. On the menu are Greek & Mediterranean inspired tapas & cocktails. The owner, along with his very talented chefs, explored different flavors that stemmed from Greek imported ingredients, with a twist on traditional dishes such as “Saganaki Cigars” and “Whipped Feta”. Not only were the menu items important, but the beauty of the plate; the colors & the presentation. As for the ambiance, the owner wanted a Manhattan feel with the luxury of staying in Queens.
